How’s everyone doing?

I am writing to no one in particular, yet to any and everyone as well. I wanted to check in…see what everyone is up to and how they are handling these uncertain times…

It’s crazy because a lot of good things have happened in the last few weeks for me. Family members I haven’t spoken to in years have reached out, and vice versa, I did a long overdue interview about my birth stories and my garden could not be prettier right now! It’s really been nice to connect on a deeper level with life, other people and the inside of my heart.

People are saying that we cannot go back to normal because normal wasn’t working…I definitely feel that there is some truth to that. I think we will come out of all this much stronger and with more love in our hearts. We weren’t taking time to connect, or check in with each other and it caught up with us. Now, most of us are wishing for a friend’s warm embrace, a kiss upon our cheek, and a meal to share with loved ones again…We will have that time, but first there is work to do. We are not yet out of the storm, but we are making our way to the sunshine again…

  1. I am still working as a overnight Pharmacy manager. I do have more free time. I was watching the grandchildren for a short time twice daily. The schools are closed in Michigan. Good time for us to write the great novel. You a great writer, I hope you write the epic novel. Be careful and be safe dear Lisa.

    1. Thank you so much John. I so appreciate your thoughts. I hope to keep writing during these hectic times, it is my respite. Wishing for better days ahead. 🙏🏾Hope you and your family are well.
